Ingredients

5-6 small pears

150 g dried prunes

3 eggs

3 tbs sugar

6 tbs flour

100 ml. milk

4 tbs whiskey

1 tsp extract rum

1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps

Soak the dried prunes in whiskey for a few minutes. Cut the pears into small pieces and add to the prunes. |

In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar. Then add flour, milk and rum and vanilla extract. Stir well. |

Put the prunes and the pears in a tart tray together with the whiskey. Pour the mixture in. |

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C until ready. |
