Ingredients

iceberg salad
baby spinach
arugula
cherry tomatoes - red and yellow
pecorino cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. raw honey
salt, and black pepper, to taste

Steps

1	Wash and dry all leafy greens (iceberg lettuce, arugula, and baby spinach). Combine them in a serving bowl.
2	Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and add them to the bowl. Garnish with some grated pecorino cheese on top.
3	Combine ingredients for the dressing: lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad. Stir and serve immediately.
