Ingredients

For the chocolate mountain rocks:

100 g. almond flour

3 tbsp. coconut sugar

2 tbsp. cacao powder

4 tbsp. coconut oil, melted

40 g. walnuts, crushed

2 drops orange essential oil

For the chocolate frosting:

50 g. cacao mass or dark chocolate
-
1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
-
1 tsp. coconut oil
-
1 drop orange essential oil
-
20 g. desiccated coconut for garnish

In a bowl whisk together almond flour, cacao powder and coconut sugar. Add drops of orange essential oil in the melted coconut oil and add to the dry mixture. Add crushed walnuts and mix well. |

With hands form the mixture as mountain rocks and place them over a plate. Refrigerate for an hour. |

Melt the cacao mass in a bowl over low heat. Water do not reach the bowl. Add coconut oil, orange essential oil and maple syrup and mix well. |

Pour chocolate frosting over the mountain rocks. Sprinkle generously with desiccated coconut. |

Store in refrigerator and enjoy Christmas holidays. |
