1/2 whole grain baguette

150 g smoked salmon

50 g of cream cheese

10-12 capers

3-4 stalks of dill

1/2 red onion

1/2 lemon

Cut the baguette in slices and put it in the oven for 5 minutes to gently bake. |

Spread cream cheese on each slice. Put a piece of smoked salmon on top. |

Slice the onion and mix it with capers and finely chopped dill, into a bowl. Squeeze half a lemon in. |

Spread the mixture on the bruschetta. |
