150 g goat's soft cheese
1 zucchini
12 cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
olive oil

When you are short on time and you are hungry for something delicious, this goat cheese bruschetta is the perfect solution. Small, crunchy, and unusual, they can be prepared quickly and with just a couple of ingredients.

Slice the bread. Put it in the oven to toast lightly for 5-10 minutes.

While the bread is in the oven, peel and cut the zucchini into bread-slice-sized strips.

Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil and fry in a grill pan for about 5 minutes on each side.

Cut a clove of garlic in two and rub the hot slices of bread.

Arrange a piece of zucchini, goat cheese, and cherry tomatoes on top of the slices.

Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
